Awhile ago after reading various blogs, I came across the below video on Vimeo. This is one of the best lip sync music videos around. It looks very professional. Timing and syncing are great. Enjoy!
I recently updated to WordPress 2.5 using the most recent nightly version of the K2 theme. Everything went smooth as usual. I small glitch, when I select a theme version to use, I initially get a fatal error when reloading due to my last.fm plugin. I just refresh the page and everyrhing works great from then on.
The new look of WordPress 2.5 is very cool and has some welcomed refined touches/changes/advancements.
One of my most anticipated movies for 2008 has to be Iron Man. The first teaser trailer was excellent for drawing interest. I do not know the details of Iron Man lore but after a little research and talking to friends that do this movie has great potential to follow some known themes. Additionally, anything that has a reason for Black Sabbath music will get my attention.
I added a countdown timer to the right. This will be the first movie of 2008 that I will actually go to the theater to see, instead of waiting to get on Netflix.
Trailer #2 gives just enough new information to maintain interest without giving away details. The end scene with the tank destruction that shows a little attitude is great.
I thought about doing a favorites page with some polls asking others favorites or opinions, but not now. I will just stick to single posts or adding to the About page for this little read blog.
These groups were local rock radio’s most popular when I was growing up in the late 70′s as a young teenager, at least in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Individual stand out favorites would be Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix, Iron Man by Black Sabbath, Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin. It is very difficult to pick only one or even two or three favorite songs. I rarely only listen to one song from these groups at a time. Two or three songs back-to-back works best in order to fully enjoy the experience.
I received my diploma from SFSU last Monday, March 1, 2008. According to information I found I was led to believe I would not receive my diploma until about May 2008. I thought I would receive two separate diplomas for each degree, but they were combined on a single diploma. Probably due to the fact I applied for both degrees at the same time/school term.
This may not seem very important or significant to anyone but it is to me since it brings finality to the SFSU college experience.
