iPhone 4 vs 3G

Activation of my new iPhone 4 was extremely easy online through iTunes. I gave my now de-activated iPhone 3G to my father to use as an iPod Touch. He is still new to touch screen technology.
As expected the 4 is much faster than the 3G.
