2016 Goals

Run a 50K.
Be an ultrarunner.

Career change – Finish current segment of school – AA P.E. & Sports Medicine Cert. – NASM CPT.
Training – running trails – increase from 20-25 miles/week to 30-40 miles & progressively increase.

Long Term:
50 mile trail race before 55. (11/2018)
