I have been doing P90 (no X) off and on for awhile but never really changed my diet. This equals no real change. I recently read The “The Dukan Diet” by Dr. Pierre Dukan. I like his very structured approach. I usually want to start new diet or exercise programs at the beginning of the week or the beginning of the month, maybe the middle. I was planned to start August 1st 2011. No more waiting and making excuses. Starting today July 28th 2011, Thursday.

Details and tracking will follow.

I have been out-of-town off and on since last Christmas so I am getting behind on writing the actual book reviews. I will work on getting caught up by end of the month. I will need to read at least six books a month to keep on track with my reading goals.
